Confused to making cookies for Idul Adha. You can try this recipe and enjoy it!

Chocolate Wijen

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr butter
  • 125 gr sugar
  • 100 gr coating chocolate, melt it.   
  • 2 boiled eggs, the yellow part.
  • 2 spoon milk
  • 250 gr wheat flour
  • 50 gr Maizena powder
  • 15 gr chocolate powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 ons salt
  • 1 ons wijen
  • 1 1/2 ons red cherry
  • 50 gr roombutter
Method
  • mix the butter and sugar for 1 minute
  • preheat the oven to 160 degree Celsius. Smear the butter on the tray.
  • filter the wheat flour using ayakan 
  • mix the yellow part of the boiled egg and then beat the dough
  • after that mix the wheat flour that had been filtered and also maizena powder and chocolate powder and mixture until absorbed. 
  • mix the melted chocolate and milk. 
  • prepare a tray for the dough. and make a small round dough and put it into the wijen. press the upper part of the dough and add the cherry on it. 
  • bake the dough for 40 minutes.
